Adding a request
Requests are written in the app so a slip arrives with enough context to act on. Open Ramen Lab → Settings → 意見箱 → SLIP A NOTE. If you'd rather write to a person, support@ramenlab.app reaches the same desk.
Statuses here are plain: under review, planned, in progress, shipped, not planned. A request marked not planned always carries a reason — you can read it by opening the row.
